Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and related legislation. With full awareness of this
responsibility, as defined in the PDP Law, we process personal data as the
“data controller” in the manner explained below and within the limits
prescribed by the legislation.

In accordance with the PDP Law, your personal data may be processed by
our Company as the data controller within the scope explained below.

management and communication activities and strategies in accordance with the
law and the purpose of the Personal Data Protection Law, carrying out the

according to their demands, needs and requests, ensuring the highest level of
data security, developing the services offered on our website and eliminating
errors on the website, communicating with personal data owners who submit their
requests and complaints and ensuring request and complaint management, event
management, providing information to authorized institutions based on
legislation, creating and monitoring visitor records, ensuring the legal and
commercial security of our Company, our group companies and people who have a

human resources policies, it may be processed within the framework of the
personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6
of the PDP Law and may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers,
group companies, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public
institutions and private persons within the scope of the personal data transfer
conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDP Law. If the processing
activity carried out for the aforementioned purposes does not meet any of the
conditions stipulated under the Law, your explicit consent is obtained by the
Company regarding the relevant processing activity.
c) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through technical and
process methods implemented on different channels such as the website, mobile
applications, call center and physical channels, within the framework of legal
reasons that arise and are implemented based on the relevant legislation,
contract, demand, commercial customs and honesty rules that can be applied in
order to provide you with our commercial services using these channels and to
carry out our commercial activities within this framework, in order for our
Company to fulfill its legal responsibilities, to fulfill the requirements of
the business relationship we have established with you and in this direction,
to establish, use and protect the rights we mutually have and to protect the
legitimate interests of our Company by considering the fundamental rights and
freedoms of the personal data owners with whom we are in a relationship.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your
rights to us, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and
within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the
transaction requires an additional cost, our Company will collect the fee in
the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context,
personal data owners can request from our Company;

- To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used
in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred
domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely
or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this
scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons
requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed
in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant legislation

- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing
the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing
of personal data in violation of the law.
