In order to help you better and quickly with any problems you encounter on this site, which we try to fully and completely meet by keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level, please pay attention to the following issues;

 √ In order for the sold product to be returned properly, the customer must check the order with the cargo authority as soon as it is delivered to them If there is any breakage, deterioration, opening of the box, crush in the cargo package or packaging, the product must be returned by attaching a record before delivery. Refunds made with the claim that the product has been damaged after receiving the product are unacceptable.

Your ordered product will be delivered to your address within 4 business days by our contracted shipping companies.

Our contracted cargo companies: MNG Cargo and other contracted warehouses

 √ Refund of sold products is possible only in the following cases:   

 1. The product sold has a fabrication error,

 2. Damage to the sold product during transportation,

 You can return the product in the form you received it within 7(seven) days from the date of delivery without opening, destroying and using the package.

In such cases of return, the shipping fee belongs to the customer if the product is shipped by cargo.
